How do you maintain motivation in everyday tasks and long-term goals?
Staying motivated for me comes from setting clear, achievable goals and celebrating small victories along the way. I keep my long-term vision in sight but focus on the daily steps needed to get there, which helps maintain my drive.
What’s one lifestyle change you made that significantly improved your well-being?
Switching to a more plant-based diet was a significant change for me. It improved not just my physical health but also my mental clarity and energy levels, making a huge difference in my overall well-being.
Can you describe an activity that reliably boosts your mood?
Dancing is my go-to activity for a mood boost. It’s a joyful way to express myself and shake off any stresses. Plus, it’s a great workout!
What’s a simple pleasure that you think people should indulge in more often?
Enjoying nature. Whether it’s a walk in the park or just sitting in a garden, spending time in nature is a simple pleasure that can rejuvenate the mind and soul.
What advice would you give to someone struggling to find happiness in their daily life?
Start by identifying small things that bring you joy (spend time with positive people in your life, walk meditation etc)and incorporate more of those into your routine. Also, don’t hesitate to seek help. Sometimes, talking things through can open up new perspectives and opportunities for happiness.
