Could you tell us a little about what inspired you to start your company, All 1 Paper?
Thank you for having me. The inspiration for starting All 1 Paper really stemmed from a combination of my personal passions and a gap I saw in the market. During my studies and early professional experiences, I noticed that many businesses were looking for more sustainable and customer-focused suppliers for their paper needs. I wanted to create a company that not only fulfilled these needs but also held true to values of community support and environmental responsibility. That’s where All 1 Paper came from.
As an entrepreneur, how do you balance your professional life with your personal interests and family time?
Achieving a work-life balance is crucial for me. I deeply value my time with family and recognize how important it is to also have personal hobbies. I make it a priority to schedule regular time for things like fishing, which helps me relax and recharge. It’s about making intentional choices every day to ensure that while the business gets the attention it needs, my family and personal health are not neglected.
